Writing for Organizational behavior Class

I need a 3 page writing discussing something that triggers you. It could be anything like, "I get triggered when people tell me I am not competent enough to do something". DO NOT USE ANY OUTSIDE RESEARCH. Everything should be in your own words. As far as the trigger goes we need to discuss what it before you start on the writing. I have also attached the prompt.
