Please make a presentation on how to improve member enrollments in the tutoring program for

elementary school children. The meeting will be on February 18, 2022, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm in

our headquarters in Conference Room A.

Our quarterly report enrollments are down 25%. Thus, we need to help out staff accomplish the

following:

1.Make new service contracts

2.Close deals effectively

3.Earn a 30% profit margin in each contract.
