Writing assignment #4

I have included the instructions below for this assignment. I have majority of this complete but need assistance in making the writing assignment #4 better. Please feel free to tweak the verbiage and defiantly the visual aids  to help elevate the quality of my paper. I have attached my writing assignment #2(WA2) to provide my research portion of this assignment and can help with incorporating sources into the final WA4. Also.
