Read the "Hot in Developmental Science: Is there Still a Sexual Double Standard?" on page 246 of your book.  Do you think the sexual double standard is a real issue?  Has it been blown out of proportion? And if it is an issue, who is more guilty of perpetuating it, men or women?  Are there any other factors/sources that perpetuate this perception in our society - parents, media, etc.?  Also consider that this issue has several layers of complexity; for example: the different perceptions between casual sex and committed sex.  Book reference:American Psychological Association.
