Making choices in politics is not easy and making the "right" choices can be even more difficult. 

How do leaders and governments determine what the right choices are? Why is it okay for the United States and Russia to have nuclear weapons but not North Korea and Iran? Do North Korea and Iran have same right to choose to defend themselves as the US and Russia with nuclear weapons? Why or why not.
