writing a brief summary

First, read the Chapters in the attachments:

a) Chapter 3 (about pairwise alignment);

a) Chapter 6 (about MSA; ).

Write a brief (up to 1 page) summary with 5 (five) highlights that you learned for each chapter (total of 10). Make sure to cite your sources, for example,

"In chapter 2 I learned that  (i) XYZ, and (ii) ABC...".

I need it tomorrow morning at 9 Am.
