writing a brief summary

First, read the following chapters:

a) Chapter 4 (about BLAST);

b) Chapter 1 .

they are in the attachment. 

Write a brief (up to 1 page) summary with 5 (five) highlights that you learned from each (a) and (b) reading (for a total of 10 highlights).

Make sure to cite your sources, for example,

"In chapter 2 I learned that  (i) XYZ, and (ii) ABC...".

I need it tomorrow morning before 10 Am please.
