Writhing a letter to the judge start with to whom it may concern

i am a mother of 5 my 16 year old which is my second youngest son has recently got arrested i have 3 other grown children who has never gotten in trouble. He is held in juvenile and he is being charged with armed robbery and firearm. In the robbery a guy walks up to him ask ask does he have any weed he tells the guy yes and takes the money and ride off a few mins later when the police later find him he has a firearm on him he also was arrested with two old young boy and he is the only one who has a firearm.The firearm has never been shown during the robbery. he has never been in trouble before he never leaves the house he never has company over. He is always home right after school. he always home with his little brother he has been recently awarded to work in the summer mayor program and  he has always made good grades.
