     Download the following series from the Federal Reserve Economic Database: GDPC1; UNRATE; CIVPART; TCU; GDPI; PAYEMS; MPU4910063. I would encourage you to modify each series on the data viewer such that the data is quarterly. It may be helpful to also download the data in growth rates, and to restrict the sample to, say 2000:Q1 - present. 

     Your assignment is to review this data and provide a snapshot report for the Miami University Economic Advisory Board that gives a quick overview, or snapshot, of the strength of the business sector of the U.S. economy. Feel free to construct tables or graphs, to forecast or use whatever regression analysis you are comfortable with, or employ any economic theory you have learned up to this point in your economics training. Feel free to discuss each variable individually, or all variables as a whole. 

     At minimum, I would like you to provide at least one outside source to support your work. Sources can include op-eds, news reports, academic research, etc., so long as their work directly relates to your task at hand. 

     I desire that the text portion of your work to be no more than two paragraphs spaced size twelve using Garamond or LATEX default font. You may include one additional page with supporting graphs and tables. You must provide proper citations for your references. Citations should follow MLA format and you may feel free to use citation generating websites such as Citation Machine. To be clear, I do not want in text quotes; however, I do want you to cite in text when you are applying other author's thoughts to your own work.
