Write nursing care-plan

Using the nursing process steps and the priority nursing actions (as listed in the Saunders comprehensive review for RN’s, 7th or 8th edition) as a guide.

Write a care-plan for the following patients in scenarios below:

1) You are administering oral medication to a 70 year old client at risk for Aspiration

2)Your patient is admitted for dehydration and a peripheral Intravenous line has been ordered for insertion and removal. You are the nurse who will carry out both procedures 

3)You are assessing the patient 6 hours after abdominal surgery. On observation of the wound there is a protrusion of the internal organs through the incision.
