 Write a function that takes four arguments x, y, z, and t and returns the value of 2*x-z+y if t=5. However, the code should print an error if any of the variables are equal to 3 and it should exit the function. The arguments are all scalars. If any argument is a vector, the function should print an error message to the screen.
