Write a draft for ENTREPRENEURSHIP & NEW VENTURE CREATION course

 This second task will complete the first one (that will be attached below) with a Case Study, where the student will have to discuss: 

1. Funding opportunities and the relationship between the chosen funding opportunities with the legal form chosen for the new venture. 

2. Legal forms of ownership and, 

3. Growth strategies. 

The case study will be about the creation of a start-up and how will you do the approach to the points 1,2 and 3.
