write a 2-3 page paper that addresses the question:  What characteristics of the Sept 11, 2001 attacks caused fundamental changes in disaster recovery and business continuity planning?

You must use at least two sources. You also must cite these sources. For citations, you can either directly quote the source when the author has something profound to say, or you can summarize the information from the source when the author has a unique idea. In either case, give credit to the author for the quotation or the unique idea but the bulk of your paper should be your own words and ideas.   Any references should be supporting your work.
