Project Proposal:

We are excited to present our proposal for the project, which involves the application of linear optimization techniques in the context of employee scheduling and cost minimization. Our project aims to address the scheduling challenges faced by a software company named Minsyst Consulting, with a focus to minimize marketing costs where the company is choosing different mediums to advertise the new developed product to reach maximum customers while minimizing the cost.

The software industry is known for its dynamic nature, and efficient resource allocation is crucial to maintain competitiveness. By utilizing linear optimization methods, we plan to create a scheduling model that ensures the most efficient utilization of employees’ time while minimizing expenses avoiding the extras. This approach will not only benefit Minsyst Consulting but also contribute to the broader understanding of optimization techniques in management.
