Working in Teams

Write a 3-page (minimum 750 words) response to the following task: What’s been your experience with conflict within a working team? What does research say about how leaders should handle conflict within teams? Where have you seen trust succeed or fail at your work place? How does 2 Timothy 2:1-5 apply to the way Christ calls us to handle conflict.

Each paper submitted in this course must have a title page and a reference page. Reference and cite a minimum of two scholarly sources in each paper.
