CLASSROOM ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT PLAN

This Signature Assignment is a requirement to show mastery of the content and concepts presented within this course.  A final exam is not provided. This Classroom Organization and Management Plan Is also a requirement to be included in your final credential portfolio for NU.

Expectations:

2. minimum page requirement of 12 pages. (Most go over the minimum requirement in order to provide enough information in each component.)

Directions

Develop a good classroom organization and management plan. This includes:

1. Title page
2. Abstract
3. Introduction
4. Rules,procedures and routines ( may come from assignment 1.4)
5. Specific behaviors you will teach to the class
6. Consequences and reinforcements you will implement: Age-appropriate reinforcements you will use (rewards) and specific consequences for inappropriate behaviors
7. Intervention strategies you will use to manage inappropriate behaviors
8. Student engagement and motivational strategies
9. Social skills and self regulating strategies- including Circle of Courage
10. Culturally responsive classroom management strategies.
11. Summary
