Senior leadership teams must regularly evaluate whether the current organizational structure supports strategic goals while remaining responsive to these changes.
The focus of this assessment is on identifying practical methods to optimize organizational design and workflows so the organization can effectively respond to shifting workforce demographics and the rapid pace of emerging technologies.
