HI Christine and Everyone,

I am a firm believer if everyone is moving forward towards the vision then the structure shouldn't be changed.

I have found that communication is the key in any business. When you don't have a clear understanding of what is expected of you then how can you perform at your best.

Here is a good article on communication. What is one take away that you found?
