We all use Email and Instant messaging daily in our work lives.  Which method do you feel is the best communication method for Senior Management to their employees? Messaging to your friend at work? Messaging to other members of your project team?  What is your biggest dislike about both communication methods? Do you think these communication methods have a major impact on how we incorporate IG into your business organizations?
