Wk 7- Middle Adulthood Toolbox

 Identify one of the many challenges/issues faced in middle adulthood. (e.g. health issues, stress, divorce, care-giving, empty nest etc.) and create a toolbox of at least 5 tools for addressing the challenge/issues.
