Aloha, thanks for sharing. You stated, "One of the best ways to introduce new habits is to introduce new policies." This reminds me of the Under Cover Boss when the CEO of a company goes into the field to see how the policies they implemented are working. Most of the time, they realize they are not working or something in broken in the process. Those employees they talk with that complain, they provide stiff processes on their improvement and for others, they have changed policies and invited them to lead the initiative. This is the beauty of collaboration. Thoughts?
