• Discuss the primary goal and purpose of the strategic plan. 
• Summarize      the following key areas: 
• Market   Development: Examine how the plan addresses market development. 
• Current      Processes: Identify current processes. 
• Workforce      Development: Analyze strategies for workforce development. 
• Product/Service      Delivery: Evaluate the delivery mechanisms of the current product/service. 
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define current KPIs.
• Propose initiatives to support your objectives to improve the key areas of the strategic plan. Include recommendations on how to improve quality over time for differentiation.
