Hi Olivia and Class,

Thank you for this insightful response and your descriptions of the various finance methods. Health care facility projects could mean a variety of things from renovations to adding a wing to a hospital. Therefore, when it comes to financing options for a project there are some variables that would be helpful to identify. For example, is the health care facility project taking place within a firmly established hospital that is already financially established and has a strong credit rating, or are we working with a not-for-profit or a for-profit establishment? These variables may clue us into which avenue of financing would most likely take place.
