Create a chart/table in Word comparing and contrasting at least 3 leadership theories presented in this week’s reading (transformation, adaptive, and strength-based leadership) to meaning of theory, approaches support, and organizational change. Also, add information on the type of organization in which each one of your theories would be effective.

In next week’s assignment, you will use this information to select leadership theories and approaches to support organizational change that aligns to your chosen organization’s mission and values. (Note: Do not copy this information in Week 4. Use it as a reference.)
