Project integration management includes communication and actions that are important to guide project execution through completion.

Respond to the following in a minimum of 175 words:

• Describe the relationship between project integration management, leadership, and communication.
• Give two examples from your life when communication from leadership had a significant impact on project management. These can be examples from a job or organization you belonged to, personally or professionally. Examples can be either positive or negative experiences.
• What was the effect of communication from leadership in your examples?
• What did you learn from these experiences? If you had a negative experience, what steps would you take to improve the situation? If the experience was positive, what would you use from it in the future?
