Hello Professor and Classmates,


The functions of food and beverage director has followed ans exceeded the guest expectations food and beverage.The leadership of the staff finding,keeping,training,motivating and budgeting for them. Food and beverage directors have a team to work closely with their team in a fast pace environment.They must communicate well with their team and be able to multitask when under a lot of pressure.There is a lot of effort you have to do to become a food and beverage director.In my opinion I believe that the biggest challenge would be to find great employees and decide whether you will keep them or not. Here is an example, planning and lead sells for marketing banquets. Another example, train the new employees and keep them engaged.
