Imagine you are tasked with developing a psychometrically based self-report instrument for a juvenile inmate or offender.

Research the evidence-based approach for assessment risk, need, and responsivity (RNR) model.

Create a 12 to 15-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation with speaker notes in each slide that includes the following:

·       A case study for this juvenile inmate or offender who has a mental illness that contains the following:

• Provide a profile of the juvenile, including his or her mental illness and offense committed.
• Specify the risk principle, need principle, and responsivity principle for this juvenile related to his or her mental illness.
• Summarize the guidelines that must be followed when using a psychometrically based self-report instrument.
• Using these guidelines, select an appropriate assessment instrument for the juvenile in your case study.
• Explain why your selected assessment instrument is appropriate.
