According to Behfar et.al conflict takes a critical role in teams (2008). Behfar et.al (2008) found that "assigning work to members who have the relevant task expertise rather than assigning by other common means such as volunteering, default, or convenience" (pg.170) is the best way to assign work. Do you do this in your learning teams? why or whynot?
