Walmart - Independent contractors
Research Walmart and independent contractors for a case involving the classification of employees versus ICs. Did this fall in line with the 20 factors?
There is a well-known list of 20 factors (from Revenue Ruling 87-41) that may be used (in varying degrees) by the IRS, many states, and many courts to classify workers as either ICs or employees. (see attached document)
