In this discussion, you will examine the importance of sustaining change and the strategies leaders can use when seeking to institutionalize change.

In your reading this week you studied three key goals for institutionalizing change:

• Assess alignment between the change and the organization's elements and plan critical activities for institutionalizing the change.
• Apply people strategy practices to reinforce the change.
• Formulate a change learning strategy.
