Respond to the following:

Dr. Peter Wilms

I liked when you wrote "Although Agile is growing in popularity, it is still very difficult to locate people with extensive knowledge of the methodology." The reason for this comment is because you are correct and many components making up Agile have been found successful in the technology sector. In other words, based on my understanding the process for improvements in technology are more like an evolution with steps building on steps; whereas, other application might not work because of the interrelatedness.
