Assignment: Using the Winery Tours link, compare and contrast the three (3) wineries and wines of the state of California. Choose the wine tours from a listing of over 33 tours from the Wine Spectator school. Be careful to only choose the California videos, and not those from around the world. 

Research the winery's signature wine, if provided, and evaluate the history of the winery and analyze the growing regions and climate, including highlights of the selected tours. Provide two labels exemplifying each state. If the information is not found on the video, then research the wineries' websites for the other information to include.
