Wine region term paper

 Each student will be responsible for researching and presenting a 4-6 page paper (minimum 1000 words) on a wine region. The paper should include a history of the region, the grapes used, the styles made and its popularity in sales. Each student should sample a wine from that region, and provide a description of the wine, as well as a tasting note. Finally, a suggested food pairing for the wine should be made, and a general menu of foods and wine from the region created
