The Windshield Survey Assignment conducted by each student is an important tool to inform health care professionals of community strengths, challenges, overlapping services, and service gaps. To ensure everyone benefits from student findings, each participant will create a brief power point presentation.

Introduction - Provide a brief description of community of interest.

5 points

Subjective - Summarize findings from community tour/subjective findings.

10 points

Objective – Summarize findings from the data/analytics published about geographic region.

10 points

Nursing Diagnosis/Care Plan – Summarize the high priority diagnoses and interventions for each.
