Why use a Broker & Your view on Property Management
I guess we all like to save money, right? I think we can also agree that some things are best to be left to the "professional." Is the use of a real estate broker justified when you are going to sell your property? In other words, do you think you will be getting your money's worth? Let's be fair - a lot of people attempt to sell their own property - do you think this is a mistake? Let's get some interesting discussion going on this topic!
If you were trying to convince a property owner that it would be in their best interest to hire you to manage their property (you can make any assumptions you want regarding type of property), what are some of the benefits you (as a property manager) could provide them? Explain!
