Module 5: Discussion Forum

We can learn much through an analysis of what other agencies do well, and do not do well. Research 2 to 3 training and development programs that organizations use. You can describe the training and development programs at any type or size of a company. Explain the strengths and weaknesses of these training and development programs and the potential impact of these programs on individuals, organizations, and society. Then, explain what improvements, if any, you would make to these programs.

Your initial posting should be well-researched, be at least 300 words, and must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. (MT) on Thursday of this week. Your initial post must meet APA guidelines as explained in the CSU-Global Guide to Writing & APA and include at least ONE scholarly reference from course materials.
