Why Study History Paper 10% – 

This paper must be 500-700 words. Using the readings from the first four weeks of class as a guide, write your own explanation for studying history. Why do we study history? How have previous historians explained their motivations and methodologies and how do their ideas reflect your perspective on this subject? Do not just give your opinion, however. Base your paper around the ideas presented by the assigned historians. Turn in a hard copy to me and a digital copy to Blackboard.
