I would say it’s the best of both worlds for Richistanis. The fear of not being recognized for your effort vs being satisfied to how they’re recognized for their effort. The subject matter of competitive giving is the driving force to how much Richistanis give/contribute. This also affects the attitude of knowing where and what your contribution is being used for.
