Description:

 1. Select a "Visionary Leader" of your choice (can be alive or deceased) and answer/address the following questions 

a)    What traits made your leader visionary (be specific and do not just list those mentioned in the book)?

b)    What were the weaknesses of the leader (this can be personal, financial, physical, or other issues)?

c)    Why did you select your leader (ie - I have read all his/her books and can connect to their words...)
