Who Can Do Discussion in 4 Hours?

Identify a time in your life when you were a part of what you consider to be a high-performance team. This team could have operated in a business organization, within school, in a community organization or even within a family group. Discuss some of the reasons why you believe this team performed well as a team beyond the singular contributions of any given member. Why did it gel as a team?
