White paper

imagine that your organization has hired you to be an internal communications consultant.  They have asked you for an assessment of a communication challenge facing the  organization/department ( or group that you are actively involved with) as well as your prescribed solution.  Please remember this does not have to be a negative description, it may be a current strength, but may be a concern for the future or you believe there is room for improvement.

Write a White Paper.  Use APA formatting and intext citations and reference list. Paper should be no more than 5-6 pages in length.
