What makes for an innovative organization?

In Week 1 we've discussed definitions of innovation and we recognized the necessary relationship between strategy and innovation if an organization is to be innovative.  Let's do a little creative thinking ourselves about what an innovative organization might look like.  

Provide your responses to two of the questions below:

1. What might the organization culture look like? Why do you think this would help to make an organization innovative?
