what it takes to be a leader

Part 1 - Based on what you have learned through this course and the readings, what are your top 3 qualities that you would value most in a leader? It can either be someone you aspire to work for, or qualities that you yourself want to stand for in your future aspirations. 

Part 2 - Is there someone in your life such as a family member,  teacher/professor, co-worker, or a leader that you believe has the qualities of a strong leader? Think about some of the articles and videos you have seen throughout this course. Why? This can be related back to part 1 as well.
