Watch the movie "The Color Purple" to find distinct examples of answers to the following question: How is communication influenced by culture, history, and identity? Observe the characters in the story to determine what contributes to the way they communicate. After you have watched the movie, work with your group to answer the questions.

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation to show your learning. You should use at least 6 slides, including a title page. Each main point should be presented on its own slide with supporting evidence. Include a conclusion slide and a reference slide. Limit the number of images.
