I do not need introduction and conclusion. Go straight with the 3 failures of Wells Fargo: 

1. Wells Fargo force employees to work hard is insufficient and will provide a high pressure.

2. Too many layers of management (structure) so that the top management cannot receive any feedback.

3. Company's ethics should be improved.
