Assignment 1 – Goal Setting
Instructions
1. Determine and set three goals that you wish to accomplish over the course of the semester. Two goals should be related to fitness and this aerobics class. (ex. Lower your resting heart rate) The third goal can be related to either your academic or personal life (ex. Improve GPA).
2. Explain your reasoning for choosing these goals and for each of those goals develop a plan using the SMART goal setting technique.
3. Put your plan in to a 1 page reflection
*Paper should be written in 12 point font, single space, and be one page MAXIMUM. The heading should include your [name – class & section – and ‘Assignment 1’] on the top line of the paper.
