Your CEO is considering the purchase of a new mammography machine. The manufacturer has provided the following data. Specificity = 0.88, Sensitivity = 0.91, PPV+ = 0.87, PPV- = 0.88.

Being a little leery of manufacturer bias, you have contacted a hospital that has been using the machine for the past seven months. The nurse epidemiologist, at that hospital, has sent you the following raw data. Using that data, decide if you should recommend the purchase of the mammography machine to your CEO. Use your findings, in comparison with the manufacturer's data to make your decision, being sure to provide a strong justification for your recommendation. Your paper should be 1-2 pages in length.
