TASK 1: APA – 450 WORDS
provide a graduate-level response to each of the following questions:
1. Thoroughly define and discuss the four different roles that are assigned in a RACI Chart. Why does at least one person/need to be Responsible for an Activity? Why is it necessary to have only one person assigned Accountability for an activity? What would be the issue if a person was assigned two roles (i.e., Responsible and Accountable or Accountable and Consult)?
Your post must be substantive and demonstrate insight gained from the course material. Postings must be in the student's own words - do not provide quotes!
Your initial post should be at least 450+ words and in APA format (written in full essay, using proper paragraph structure, sources cited within the body of the main text and Times New Roman with font size 12).
TASK 2: EXERCISE
RACI Chart and Types of Costs Exercise
For Week 5 you will continue to develop your project documentation by completing a RACI chart based upon your Business Case. The first part of the exercise will be to fill in the chart provided within the RACI template provided. This should be completed for all six (6) Deliverables for your six (6) key and internal stakeholders you identified in your Stakeholder Register Problem Set.
The second part of the exercise will be to complete the Types of Costs analysis. Instructions are in the attached document.
The should be submitted using the template provided. You may delete the instructions if you prefer but you must submit using the template.

RACI CHART/ TYPES OF COST EXERCISE
Part 1: Using the six (6) key and internal stakeholders identified in your Stakeholder Register, create a RACI chart for each of your six (6) Deliverables and associated three (3) Activities. Template provided below.
Items to Complete:
1. Insert Project Name in cell to the right of 0.0
2. Select your six (6) key and internal stakeholders and insert these in the SH# cells.
3. Replace Deliverable # (in cell to right of 1.0. 2.0. 3.0, etc.) with your Deliverables from Deliverables/Acceptance Criteria.
4. Insert the three (3) Activities under each Deliverable
5. Assign role responsibilities to Stakeholders for each Activity
Part 2: You will also provide an explanation for these role assignments for one (1) of the Deliverables and associated three (3) Activities after the RACI chart. See bottom of this template.
