Offering three options for medical insurance went over so well with employees at Open Enrollment that you are considering offering more options next year through a flexible benefit plan.  You are concerned about the difficulty of administering the plan and also about adverse selection.  Do some research on the pros and cons of flexible benefit plans.  In approximately two pages, summarize your findings, discuss possible ways to solve the issues, and make your recommendation on whether to move forward with a flexible benefit plan for next year.  Use at least two sources other than the eText.  APA style is required.
