Clarence Holden and Flour-Is-Us: Offer Letter

Clarence Holden owns a bakery. He is planning on expanding his business and comes to your firm because he has found a new vendor, Flour-Is-Us, to supply him with ingredients for his bakery. He and the vendor have been talking and trying to come to terms. He wants the vendor to deliver 20 pounds of regular flour, 10 pounds of sugar, and five pounds of wheat flour at 7:30 every morning. Clarence is willing to pay the prices listed on the company's website which are $10 per pound for regular flour, $5 per pound for sugar, and $8 per pound for wheat flour. He wants your firm to help him make sure everything will be enforceable.

Under the supervision of your attorney and for his or her review, draft an offer letter of 400–600 words to Flour-Is-Us, with the terms of the contract for the sale. Hold the offer out for 10 days.
